Climbing near Granada - Loja Tuffa paradise

If you plan to go to Granada and also want to climb there are many good places you can go. However if you plan going near Granada for climbing do not spend all your time climbing and please visit Granada.

Loja is a tuffa paradise where you find a lot of difficult routes but where you also have some easy routes maybe not the same quality. Loja is about 40 km far from Granada and with more than 100 most quality routes.





The most famous one is Hasta Luego Lucas a 7b route which if you climb with style will be between two big tuffas.

Loja is better in Spring Summer or Autumn but if there is bad wheather or you go in Winter you can visit Cogollos Vega or Cahorros, good other crags near Granada.
